My 26th Year

Yesterday was my birthday.

It was a great day. Tyler woke me up at 8am with birthday cunnilingus. Now that’s a great way to start my 26th year!

Then I got showered and dressed to start my day and came out to find a card and candy from Carl (that the cat if you’re new to my blog), and in the kitchen a homemade breakfast. The day before Tyler asked me what I want for my birthday, and I jokingly went into this extravagant day of pampering I wanted, starting with “strawberries and mimosas served on a silver platter”. Well what was on my breakfast table? Strawberries and mimosas on a silver platter! Plus a beautiful summer bouquet, a very nice card, and French toast with chocolate sauce. I couldn’t believe he actually did it when I was only teasing! Tyler is such a sweetie pie :)

Then we played hooky from work and he took me to a water park for some fun in the sun. Then we had dinner and passed out at 9pm.

Today I’m back at work, but leaving early to attend my birthday party with family and friends. While I am at work today, I’ll be personally responding to the 183 birthday wishes I received on my Feminique facebook page. I’m overwhelmed that so many people took time out other their day to wish me well. Thanks so much everyone for sending good vibes my way! Life is good.

Goals For My 26th Year of Life:

  1. Publish a book.
  2. Visit a country I’ve never been to before.
  3. As a part of my lifelong goal to teach a sex party/workshop in all 50 states, teach in at least 3 new states this year.
  4. Buy a home.
  5. Become closer to my sister (and this year since she’ll be able to drive- it will be more feasible with her living an hour away)
  6. Make new friends.
  7. Have my own TV show (although this isn’t really a goal I have any power to control)
  8. Present a sexuality workshop at Harvard University.
  9. Be friendlier and smile more.
  10. Juries still out on this one, but get engaged. I think I’d like to get married, but still not 100% sure. Plus, it’s not really a “goal” since it’s not something I can strive for but rather just happens if everything falls into the right place. I guess I should change the title of this list to “Things I Would Enjoy if they Happened in My 26th Year”.
